Music Therapist to speak at Forest Hills Senior Program

FLPC music therapist Lindsey Perrault, MT-BC presents “Power of Singing” on February 9 through Forest Hills Community Services. Lindsey will demonstrate how singing helps improve breathing and helps recall past experiences. Seniors can register for lunch at noon followed by the presentation at 12:45.
