“You don’t like fish….but you’re a priest?!” Given my desire not to eat fish unless I really have to, I have explored many different options for my Friday night meal. I will share some of my favorite recipes and bring along some samples. Who knows? Maybe you will find something new to replace that worn out tuna noodle casserole you are still serving the family.

Fr. Ron Hutchinson is the Director of Priestly Vocations and Director of Continuing Education of Priests for the Diocese of Grand Rapids. After being ordained in 1994, he served in several parishes most recently Holy Redeemer Parish in Jenison. Father is a fourth-degree member of  the Knights of Columbus and a voracious reader. When he isn’t working, he loves to take culinary classes at Grand Rapids Community College and to share his knowledge and cooking skills with others.
