What can I expect when I call to make an appointment at the Franciscan Life Process Center?
When you call to make an appointment with one of the counseling staff members at the Franciscan Life Process Center, you will be directed to the Director of the Center, Sister Colleen Ann Nagle. She will work with you to determine which staff counselor best fits the needs of you or your family. You will then be able to schedule an initial session with the one of the counselors.

How much does therapy cost?
If you are not using insurance our fee is $100 per 50 minute session or $150 for a 75 minute session. Longer sessions are sometimes helpful for couples, families, or those needing more intensive work initially. Payment can be made with cash, check, or a credit card at the time of the session.

Use of insurance payment at the time of service will depend on the deductible and co-pay arrangements that the insurance company requires. Please contact your insurance company to ask about your ‘outpatient mental health benefits’. For couple therapy, make sure you use the language, ‘family therapy’ when you inquire. Our staff can help you navigate the insurance process.
