Executive Director Sister Gabriella Pettirossi\, FSE\, born and raised in Assisi\, Italy\, will teach and share her secrets to making authentic Italian cuisine. \nParticipants can sign up for one\, a few or all the classes. The cinnamon rolls and orange rolls will have around 8-10 rolls per package. Cash and credit cards accepted. \nAll purchases will benefit our counseling\, music therapy\, land experiences and other programs.
