Breads from the Franciscan Traditions
Step into the rich heritage of Franciscan baking! Breads from the Franciscan Traditions invites you to tie on your apron, fire up the oven, and learn the time‑honored art of homemade bread. In this hands-on class, you’ll discover techniques, tips, and secrets passed down through generations, all while creating delicious loaves rooted in history and hospitality.
Classes are held on the last Saturday of each month, from 9 a.m.–noon, at our Lowell campus, 11650 Downes St. NE.
This breadmaking experience accommodates up to 10 participants and is $100 per person. For questions, please call 616.897.7842.
