How much does therapy cost?2023-05-24T14:34:11-04:00

If you are not using insurance, our fee is $130 per one hour session. The initial intake session is 90 minutes with a fee of $155. Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card at the time of the session.

Longer sessions are sometimes helpful for couples, families, or those needing more intensive work initially.

Use of insurance payment at the time of service will depend on the deductible and co-pay arrangements that the insurance company requires. Please contact your insurance company to ask about your ‘outpatient mental health benefits’. For couple therapy, make sure you use the language, ‘family therapy’ when you inquire. Our staff can help you navigate the insurance process.
